A Letter to Tom
Dear Tom,Of course you have no clue who I am. How could you? Cassie has hid me and many others from you for quite some time. I don't always agree with that and wish she would be upfront and honest with you about who she's talking to online. I'm always afraid that one day she'll just stop posting. Or worse.... that I'll click on her link and her blog will be gone. We'll all know that you know at that point.
Yes. She's been on here talking about spanking. My hope is that if the day comes that you find out the whole truth... granted, she's told you only part of the truth. Yes, she's made friends from all around the country and even across the pond. And yes, I understand that you would not be pleased to know that parts of your most intimate private life have been exposed for all of us to read. I understand that. And I do agree that Cassie has a good sound spanking coming for not being upfront and completely honest with you. But my hope... my hope is that if the day comes that you find her out that you will allow her to bring you here to my site - I know she'll remember if the time comes - to read this letter to you. And I hope that maybe others will follow suit and write one too and then if she ever needs a flood of letters, they will be there for her.... for you to see what she means to all of us. I want mine posted here before it's too late and I really hope to see "Letters to Tom" popping up here and there.
I thank you for reading. Now I'll tell you what I really want to say.
You've got every right to be angry. Cassie has hidden something very important from you. And we all know that she has a trip over your knee coming for sure. And I have no right whatsoever to suggest how you run your house and your relationship with Cassie but I just ask that you listen for just a minute to what she means to me.
I thought there was something wrong with me. What woman in her right mind would agree to allowing her husband to spank her?? And not only agree to it, but WANT it, crave it, need it? I thought I was all alone. Then I found Cassie and all the rest. And I knew I wasn't alone. I knew that I was OKAY!!!! That has been totally freeing for me. I've quit trying to ignore who I really am because I know there are so many other NORMAL women just like me out there. And we need each other.
We can't have these relationships in our "real world" because we have no idea who is safe to talk to about these things. We only have THIS world where we can be known and talk but remain anonymous at the same time.
Yes, she's told us details about your spanking life. We've laughed with her. We've told her "you had that coming to you." And she's done the same. She once told me that the day would come where I would not be able to stop the tears during a spanking.. and to just release them and be thankful for my husband when that spanking comes. That was a woman speaking from experience ... and her experience means so very much to me. I'm still waiting for that day. It will come and I'll know it's okay to cry when it does because Cassie has encouraged me by her words and examples to be the right kind of wife.
Oh sure, if she were forced to quit hanging out online with us, we'd carry on. Our spankings would continue but it all would be lacking. Sometimes we women need each other to say "It's okay. You're not alone. You aren't the only one." If I didn't have these women to laugh with.... talk with.... share with.... my life would not be what it is right now. And what is it? My marriage is flying high because of spanking. We all know what it does for us.... but I need others to say "it's OKAY!!!"
Obviously you're reading this now because you found her out. I just want to ask you to take some time and read our blogs a bit before you make her quit talking with us. Read the comments too. She'll show you which ones to read. If after you've read them and you still feel she must stop talking with us, then she must stop but I hope ... I desperately hope that you will see how much of a teacher, friend, mentor she is to all of us.
I have talked in circles. For that I apologize. I just want this to be on my blog .... just in case.....
Cassie's friend,
Eva

The Night It Fell Apart
It had been a rough week. There had been no sex. There had been no spankings. For one thing it had been THAT time of the month. For another thing I had just returned to work so I was pretty wiped out. And for yet one more thing, Adam has a very rough month coming up at work. I understand and I will be patient. We'll do what we can, when we can until his project is complete. Then life will return to normal. Maybe. Hopefully. At the end of the week he brought out the crop. I was delighted and very willing. We ended up in bed where he put me on my knees and alternated between the crop and his hand. It was lovely and erotic. He said it was my good girl spanking for the blow job I'd given him when he got home from work.
He spanked and spanked and spanked some more. My butt was burning and I was loving every sting. He took time to rub and tease and then he spanked some more.
Then it happened. My heart is absolutely sinking. I only hope we can make it better.
Right in the middle of spanking me Adam ran to the foot of the bed. I couldn't figure out what he was doing. He came back and spanked some more with his hand. Then he went back to the crop. And then again he ran to the foot of the bed.
Oh no!! I suddenly realized what was going on. My crop.... my precious, wonderful crop had fallen apart.
You know that little flappy thing on the end? It flew right off. Twice.
I was devastated.
Adam said some super glue will probably fix it. I said, "Fine. Fix it. NOW!!!"
He couldn't find the glue.
He promised me he'd go get some the next day.
I'm addicted to that dang crop. I can't go very long without it before I start getting mean and cranky.... so think good thoughts for it, would you??And quit laughing.

The Furnace
I was recently telling a good friend about something and thought "hey... wait... this would make a GREAT blog entry" so here goes:Last October on a Saturday afternoon I settled in for a nap on the couch. About thirty seconds later I realized just how cold it was in the house so I got up and turned the heat on for the first time of the season.
A couple minutes after I laid back down a shrieking alarm went off. As I went through the house trying to find which smoke alarm was malfunctioning I was horrified when I finally found the offending alarm. It was not a smoke alarm at all. It was our carbon monoxide detector. I unplugged it from the wall and turned the furnace off.
A half hour later I wanted to be sure so I plugged the carbon monoxide detector back in and turned the furnace back on. It wasn't long until it was blaring again. I shut the furnace down for good.
On Monday we had a repairman (who we happen to know) come out to look at it. It took him less than two minutes to find 3 or 4 things wrong with our very old furnace and then he declared it dead. We then had to go through the process of picking out a furnace and making the arrangements with our friend for his crew to come in and do the work. He wanted to do the job right. We wanted it done right too. It's an old house. It had never been done right.
Doing the job right meant installing a furnace adequate for the house and also running some new duct work. He threw in central air at no extra cost to us which has proved awesome this past summer. With excitement and smiles we told our friend "Do what you need to in order for it to be right."
A few days later I came home from work knowing they'd be there installing the new furnace. We were excited as it was growing colder and November was approaching. We live in an area where terms such as "lake effect snow" and "snow belt" MEAN something.
Anyhow, I could hear the guys working upstairs when I walked in the house. I figured they must be running that new duct work.
We only have two bedrooms in our house but since we raised all girls it was never an issue. At this time last year when this furnace was being installed our oldest hadn't lived at home for a few years. Our youngest was away at college. Our middle one?? Engaged to be married and still living under our roof.
What I found when I went upstairs into the girls' room made me lose my breath and darn near have a panic attack!! There was a perfectly round 6 or 8 inch hole in the wall. When I looked through the hole guess what I saw?
I freakin' saw MY TV on the OPPOSITE wall of my bedroom. Here they were running the duct work up into the closet of my girls' room and then putting a T shaped pipe on the top to run it into both bedrooms. Typically these type of vents would go high up toward the ceiling but for a reason that doesn't even matter had to be installed lower in our house. These vents are at eye level and ours is right over our bed.
My sex life flashed before my eyes at that moment. Spankings were rare anyhow back then... but sex? We were pretty good at being quiet.... but now being quiet wasn't even going to help. I knew though that in eight months our daughter would be getting married and moving out. If it hadn't been for that...
if my girls had been small... I think we would have had to move.THIS is why my empty nest means so much to me.
And you thought maybe I just didn't like my kids or something, huh? LOL

Another Vacation Story
Remember the crop? You know the one... the 27 1/4 inch long one (that's for Elis)I forgot to tell you a vacation story... and since I know how much you all love yawning through my vacation stories, I just have to blog this!
After that first night, I knew... we knew that it - the crop - was going to become a constant in our bag of fun. I've never felt anything quite like it and prefer it over anything I've ever been spanked with. I can't imagine liking anything much more than this. Anyhow, it occurred to us that we were about to spend three nights at our daughter's. She may very well be an adult but there's no one in this world I know of who would want to know anything about the 'rents sex life... let alone finding out they are spankos.
We knew a few things:
- While there we'd probably use our car for shopping and other outings.
- She would likely be in and out of the room where we slept.
- Both places posed a risk for the crop being seen.
Leave it to Adam. He almost always has a plan.
Leaving it (exposed) in the car... even the trunk was risky.
Leaving it (exposed) in the suitcase where we might forget to close it up was also risky.
What other choices did we have though?
Here's where the fun comes in..... I want you - my readers - to leave a comment and take a guess as to where, how we stashed our brand new crop while visiting our daughter.
I'll let you know on Monday what we actually did... or rather what ADAM actually did.
